When you shop in applicata webshop you must accept our general Terms and Conditions of Sale. We therefore recommend you to read following conditions before shopping.
No binding purchase agreement between you and applicata has been made until you receive an order confirmation from applicata.
Delivery and shipping
Delivery in Denmark
We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Rønde, Denmark within 1-3 business days.
Orders over 350,00 DKK will be shipped free of shipping charges to a GLS package shop or company address.
Orders under 350,00 DKK will be charged 49,00 DKK and sent to a GLS package shop or company address.
All deliveries in Denmark will be made by GLS.
A delivery has been made, when the GLS has delivered the goods to the delivery address.
If the goods cannot be delivered, is rejected due to damage or if you want to use your right to regret your buy the sum of the invoice will be returned to your account when applicata has received the goods.
Applicata use for for EU countries shipping with GLS outside the EU are shipped by UPS.
Freight price within Europe: 15 euro
Freight price to Switzerland and Norway: 25 euro
Delivery time within Europe: 1-5 working days
Delivery time outside Europe: 5-8 working days
VAT, duties and taxes outside Denmark
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25 %.
Shipping costs will be added to your order.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. applicata ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
General terms of returning items:
Applicata offers 30 days of right to withdrawal your order after receiving your items. Applicata only accept a withdrawal if the goods is returned unused and in original undamaged packing. Make sure the goods are safely packed. You have to notify us before the 30 days if you want to return your order. Please Contact us on e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to return a product.
We recommend you to ship by Post Danmark as a package or GLS in Denmark and UPS and Fedex outside Denmark. This way the package is traceable. If you sent the goods as a letter, it is not insured and you hold all the responsibility yourself.
When we have received and examined the returned goods we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order.
Please make sure you inform us of order no. name and address. Otherwise we cannot process your request for a return of your order.
Please note that items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or faulty items
Accordingly to the provisions on defects in the Danish Sales Act apply you are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem. If faults or defects are coursed by negligence, neglect or normal wear and tear void the warranty.
It is importance you contact us before you return the products. We do not accept packages sent COD or packages which has not been reported to us by e-mail to email@example.com.
If your claim is valid we will cover cheapest shipping expense for returning the item to us.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.
applicata cannot warrant that the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all the items are in stock at the time of your order or are delayed from our subsupplier. In case of Force Majeur, applicata's obligations are procrastinated.
We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items' actual colors. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
